Abstract：

在当今经济发展速度飞快的今天，文化创意产业的发展关系着一个民族的核心竞争力，但是在我国文化创意产业的发展中还存在着很多的问题，其中最主要的还是缺少高端创意方面的人才，因此本文就对当前文化创意发展的现状以及创新型人才的培养提出了探讨，并针对自己的看法提出了相应的培养策略，为创意产业提出一个新的思路。
