Abstract：
对学困生进行转化，是对学困生负责的表现，也是提高班级管理质量的需要。但从目前的高中班主任班级管理情况来看，效果并不理想，这与班主任缺乏完善的学困生转化方法有关，也与高中生自我意识的提升、叛逆心理有关。班主任在对学困生转化的过程中，如果不能够采取适宜的方式，可能增强学困生的逆反心理，这无疑会让班主任对学困生的转化工作更有难度。
