内科护理学临床实践课程教学改革初探

Abstract：
护理学是一门实践性非常强的学科，学生需要在校内掌握必要的临床护理知识和技能，并具备相应的应急处理能力，才能够在临床实习时给予患者更良好的治疗康复体验。在临床见习时，护理人才的容错率比较低，当前内科护理人才的实践培养程度存在不足，需要进行教学改革。本文主要围绕内科护理学临床实践课程教学改革展开分析和探讨，希望可以为全面提升内科护理人才水平提供思路。
