Abstract：
激励评价是教育教学过程中教师常用的一种教学手段，该教学方式在激励、促进及指导学生方面能够发挥积极作用。在实际教学中，教师要鼓励、肯定学困生，即对学困生的进步、积极表现给予肯定与认可，为学生指明前进的方向，从而达到转化学困生、提高数学课堂教学质量及教学效率的目的。
