Abstract：

现当今，随着我国经济的快速发展，国家对水利水电工程等基础设施建设的投入力度逐渐增大。与此同时，水利水电工程施工质量作为影响整个工程质量的重要因素，越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注和重视。在现阶段中国工程施工质量控制发展过程中，受多种复杂因素的影响，中国水利水电工程施工质量管理与控制仍有待改进与完善。
