Abstract：

现阶段，我国在新的教育体制改革，十分注重培养学生的核心素养，数学教师应以培养学生的核心素养为主要目标，科学制定合理的数学教学方案，进而改变现阶段的硬式教育方式，增加课堂的趣味性。以核心素养为价值导向的授课方式，教师要提升自身职业素养。在核心素养视角下，对教师如何构建高效率的课堂面临极大的挑战性。
