Abstract：
初中生物课堂的开展对学生探究性学习能力的提高以及实验操作的发展都具有很重要的作用，制定合适的探究性教学策略会极大地提高初中生物课堂的有效性。在制定初中生物探究性学习教学策略时应该以具体实践为起点，初中生的实践与探索能力应该被老师关注，要在生物探究性教学中加强对实验的训练，本文主要以蚕的扩展实验为例来研究初中生物探究性学习的实践与探索策略。
