    体育运动学校即业余体校想要培养高素质的体育后备人才，实现业余体校发展的良性循环，人文素质的培养至关重要。本文针对现今业余体校人文素质教育的现状，提出体校人文素质教育的内核，并从三个方面探索学训并重教学模式下人文素质培养的对策。
