Abstract：
本文重点分析运用目标管理理论增强体育团队凝聚力，结合当下影响体育团队凝聚力的因素，从提高体育团队成员的同质性，最大限度地满足个体需求、进一步完善领导方式，采用恰当的奖励方式、建立体育团队竞争，营造较好的社会地位、提升信息沟通的广泛性，增强体育团队的规模，基于以上几点进行深入探索，其目的在于充分发挥目标管理理论在增强体育团队凝聚力中的运用优势，为社会培养更多体育人才。
