在中职院校，学生的情况特殊且复杂，这就需要班主任将情感教育渗透进班级的管理中，关注每个学生的情感需求，尊重每位学生的个性发展，始终遵循宽容学生的理念，让学生感受到教师的关爱。在中职班主任的管理工作中，将情感教育渗透其中，不仅能够弥补学生的情感空缺，还能使中职班主任实现管理目标。本文对中职班主任教学管理工作中的情感教育有效渗透进行探讨。
