Abstract：
当前国家教育部加强了对于高中生体育课程的重视程度，国家在设置体育课程的过程中，更加关注高中生在体育课程中所得到的体质锻炼和身体素养的提升。而高中生在足球课程过程中，应当更加关注其身体素质能力和体能训练。在足球课程中，将足球体能训练作为课程教育和课程培养的首要标准，重视对于学生的体能训练和体能培养，不断提高学生的综合体育运动能力，增强学生的身体素质。
