    Abstract：

    随着经济全球化的不断深入和推进，英语学科在初中教育中愈发受到重视随着教育。值得注意的是，班级学生的英语学习能力之间是存在客观差异的。因此，初中英语教师应该充分尊重学生之间的差异，应该将分层教学法应用于初中英语教学实践中，满足各个层次学生的学习要求，推动学生英语学习的共同进步和发展。
