Abstract：
现代化中国的发展需要更多高素质、全素质的人才去建设，这就对于现代教育行业的教学侧重点有了一个明确的要求。不光是在对其文化教育方面要给予重视，同样在其强身健体方面也要有着一定的关注。强健的体魄才能更好的应对来自社会以及学校带来的一些压力。科学的开展体育教学，不仅能够帮助学生强身健体，同样也能在完善学生心智方面起到重要的作用。
