    Abstract：

    随着社会的发展，人们对素质教育理念的关注度与日俱增，而高中体育作为增强学生身体素质、促进学生身心健康发展的基础性课程，也加入了素质教育的浪潮中。在这个过程中，体育工作者一直在寻找一种高效的体育教学模式，而翻转课堂是近年来新兴的一种以互联网技术为媒介的教学模式，它能够有效提高高中体育教学的质量和效率，因此，将翻转课堂教学模式运用到高中体育教学中是非常有实践意义的。
