Abstract：
现代的教育理念已经越来越注重小学生综合素养的全面提升。创新能力时小学数学学习过程中不可或缺的一项能力，可以帮助学生更好地理解知识，提升学生的数学水平、那么如何在当下的教育环境中培养学生的创新能力？本文结合实际教学经验，从在生活中引用数学、在操作中运用授人以渔探索中学习数学三个方面入手，对创新能力在小学数学课堂中的培养策略进行分析。
