    教师应慎重思考小学数学的教学现状和问题表现，优化教学方式，强化对学生的引导和培养，探索有效的教学策略并进行及时反思。下面，笔者将结合自己的教学经验和体会对以上问题进行浅显的探索和思考，望笔者的拙见能够引起读者的深思和共鸣。
