Abstract：
随着国家经济的快速发展，教育事业的不断改革，英语作为一门世界性语言，越来越多人的关注。同时，英语作为一门重要的基础性学科，已经成为学校的必修课程。而且，农村地区也开展了英语课程，充分做到与城市教育均衡发展。而想要全面提高学生的英语综合能力就要以培养学生的核心素养为主。而在小学的英语课堂中进行分层教学，可以通过因材施教，让所有学生都参与到教学活动当中，充分调动学生的英语学习兴趣，从而培养英语核心素养。
