    Abstract：

    初中英语教学开展过程中，运用分层教学法时，应当树立“重视个体差异，兼顾全体教育”的明确目标。分层教学法在初中英语教学过程中的有效实施，能够促进学生英语学习综合能力素养的提升，同时也可以充分缩小初中生个体差异性所导致的英语学习差距，培养初中性热爱英语学习的积极性。而且，初中英语教学开展过程中，英语教师通过科学合理的实施分层教学法，促进教学目标呃充分达成。本文针对初中英语教学过程中合理运用分层教学法展开具体的分析探究，同时合理评价其应用效果，以供参考。
