    Abstract：

    民族民间舞蹈是中国传统文化宝库中的瑰宝，在青少年中推行民族民间舞蹈可以使传统文化得到更大范围的发展与传承，但是在推行和普及的过程中仍面临一系列问题。为了从根本上解决这些问题，我们需要采取以下措施，即以学生为主体，采用“因材施教”的教学方法；立足文化根源，传授民族民间舞蹈的内涵与真谛；丰富教学手段，提高青少年对民间民族舞蹈的兴趣。使青少年能够在民族民间舞蹈学习中有所收获，同时也为青少年舞蹈教育工作贡献自己的一份力量。
