    学习倦怠是当前影响高职学生学习效果的主要问题，对高职学生的学习动机、学习行为与成就期望产生持续的负面影响，为了加强现代职业人才培养，促进高职学生完满发展，需要从革新人才培养方案、更新教学方法、提升教师教学能力与变革成就认定方式等方面，减轻学习倦怠对高职学生的负面影响。
