    电力系统是一个复杂的系统，其主要由发电厂、变电站以及用户终端等部分构成，这些部分由不同等级的线路连接在一起，形成了复杂而庞大的系统。在电力系统的运行过程中，为了保证电力供应的稳定性，必须充分重视系统的安全运行，防止出现安全事故。基于此，本文将对电力调控运行系统安全运行中存在的问题及解决措施进行分析。
