    Abstract：

    在初中英语教学中，培养学生的英语阅读能力和写作能力是非常重要的教学目标，其直接影响到学生对英语语言的运用能力和英语学习水平。因此，教师应当积极响应新课程标准的要求，灵活的运用更多科学合理的教学方法提升初中英语教学质量，重视培养学生的阅读能力和写作能力，通过阅读英语文章，引导学生模仿优秀的英语文章进行写作，使学生能够将所积累的英语词句运用到写作中，培养学生的读写水平，促进学生能够应试新时代的社会发展，对未来的发展奠定基础。
