    高中德育教育工作者结合多年教育经验，归纳得出德育教育实效性缺失的主要原因，并根据原因分析出高中德育教育工作中，要想取得理想的教育效果，应注重在活动中进行德育教育，以及在生活中渗透德育教育，在教育学生的同时，教师需做到以身作则，并公平对待所有学生，这样能够提高德育教育的实效性。
