    Abstract：

    随着教育教学改革的不断深入，高效率的课堂建设，受到了一线教育工作者的高度重视，并成为提高学生自主学习意识的重要表现。作为初中数学教师，应从不同的教学角度思考教学，多站在学生的角度去研究教学，创设质疑式问题情境，理性建构知识体系，鼓励学生提问，引导学生深入探究和分析问题，促进学生提出自己独特的见解，表现出学生独特的个性，从而达到高效课堂的构建。
