    Abstract：

    阅读教学是语文课堂教学中不可缺少的一部分，而培养学生的阅读兴趣、提高学生的文化素养是教师的首要教学任务。初中阶段是学生心灵成长成才的关键时期，名著作为我国优秀的历史文化遗产，其蕴涵着丰富的人生观、道德观，对引导学生树立正确的价值取向起着重要作用。有效地开展名著阅读教学，不仅可以培养学生的语文素养，而且可以丰富他们的精神世界。本文通过对语文名著阅读教学现状及原因的深入分析，探讨了初中语文阅读教学的实施策略。
