    Abstract：

    随着中外交流日趋普遍的今天，英语作为国际上的通用语言，有着十分重要的地位，所以，我们每个学生都不应该忽视对英语的学习，这样才能有利于未来的发展。然而，作为从小就在汉语的环境中长大的学生，要想学好英语也不是一件较容易的事情，再加上每个学生的学习能力都有所不同，为了使每个学生都能学有所成，在初中英语教学中，教师需要通过英语分层教学的方式，针对每个学生不同的学习能力进行有针对性的教学，使每个学生都能产生对英语学习的兴趣，从而认真的学习英语。
