    Abstract：

    小型无人机遥感技术是利用民用无人机资源、飞行技术、地面站控制技术、图像采集与处理技术进行的一种可操作性强的低空遥感技术。广泛应用于地质灾害、水利监测、环保监测、灾害评估、风险普查等多领域。本文着重讲解小型无人机遥感技术在气象灾害损失评估中的应用特点、意义和关键技术，证明其高效性与准确性，特别适合气象灾害后的快速应急灾害评估工作。
