Abstract：

随着我国语文教育改革的不断深入，导致传统语文教学理念的死板式教学模式被打破，为了构建小学语文效课堂，发展学生的语文学习能力，实现“不教之教”，有必要小学语文集体备课的高效性。本文通过浅析小学语文集体备课的主要作用，探究如何实现小学语文集体备课的高效性，优化教学质量，促进学生多方面发展。
