    针对当前高职院校产教融合中存在的实际问题，在分析国家政策、经济发展、高新技术对现代职业教育影响的基础上，本文从健全制度体系、开展“个性化”人才培养、构建“1+X”课程体系、打造“结构化”教师队伍等方面，提出了校企协同育人的路径和举措。
