    Abstract：

    随着社会发展水平的不断提升，国家教育越来越重视学生的全面素质发展。体育作为中职教育中的一门重要课程，在培养学生身体素质方面发挥着重要作用，因此得到了教育部以及院校的普遍重视。尤其是随着互联网时代的到来，中职体育教学改革已成大势所趋。体育教师以“互联网+”为教育背景，进行体育课堂教学策略的优化和创新，能够在一定程度上取得教学成果。
