    Abstract：

    中华优秀传统文化是我国古代千千万万劳动人民在长期的积累过程中形成的智慧结晶，对后代教育事业具有极高的价值。在现阶段，优秀传统文化对社会生活具有十分重要的意义。优秀传统文化中蕴含着宝贵的教育资源，是中华民族精神的具体体现。作为新时代的教师，初中体育教师要深入挖掘优秀传统文化中的人文精神，在日常的教学过程中培养学生形成良好的道德修养，促进学生的全面发展。
