    Abstract：

    近年来，企业对会计人才的要求越来越高，仅具备专业技能的会计人才已经不能满足需求，企业需要更多高素质的应用型管理会计人才。高校是管理会计人才培养的摇篮，加强高校管理会计课程改革是人才培养成功的关键。本文针对本科院校管理会计教学过程中存在的问题，提出教学改革路径，以提高课堂教学效果，提升教学质量，为培养优秀的应用型管理会计人才提供借鉴。
