    在中国社会经济迅速发展的态势下，高职学校怎样组织学生做好思政教育工作十分重要。培养学生关键能力是高职学校培养目标之一，这篇论文主要阐述了在新时期背景下学生关键能力提高的涵义和培养途径，探究提高高职学校学生思政教学效果的方法，主要为高职学校教师提供帮助，为高职学校学生思政教育工作贡献力量。
