Abstract：

舞蹈是一种艺术的表现形式，大多数是以人为载体进行的运动，其中不仅仅只有专业性的舞蹈动作，舞蹈当中更蕴含着丰富饱满的情感，所以如果要想学好舞蹈，跳好每一支舞蹈，那么这对学生的要求是很高的，学生日常学习的基础动作若被称为舞蹈的“基础骨架”，那么学生的表演意识形态便是舞蹈的“内在灵魂”。
