    Abstract：

    2018年1月，国家教育部颁发了《普通高中思想政治课程标准(2017年版)》，并提出学科核心素养的内容包括：政治认同、科学精神、法治意识与公共参与四大主体。其中公共参与素养在高中阶段非常重要，是衔接高中生迈向大学的必要历程，也是高中生日后进入社会必须具备的素养之一，由此，在高中思想政治教育教学中培育学生的公共参与素养有其必要性和重要性。
