Abstract：
在今后的教学中，体育老师需要探索更多的，更适合学生的体育教学模式，尝试更多适合本地区本民族的一些传统项目，融入教育教学中，使教学内容变得更加丰富多彩，活跃课堂氛围，充分调动学生参与锻炼身体的积极性，不断稳步提高课堂教学质量，为下一代的身体健康而做出不懈努力。
