    Abstract：

    在以技能和就业为导向的中等职业教育和培训改革中，为了培养更高质量的实践型人才，教师不仅需要提高其在职业教育和培训中的综合专业技能，而且还需要加强文化教育，让中职生可以学习职业发展，数学是中等职业学校的公共核心课程，当前的中等职业数学教育中有许多不利因素限制了该学科教学质量的提高，教师应面对当前中等职业数学教学的挑战，并探索有效的教学实践，响应策略，全面提高中等职业数学教学质量。
