Abstract：

每个年龄阶段，学生的心理特点都不同，学生的心理发展，随着年龄增长，而不断变化。在班主任工作中，学生心理发展水平对教育教学工作产生较大的影响。班主任要根据学生的心理发展水平，结合班主任工作，根据学生的年龄特征，掌握每个学生的心理特点，采取积极有效的教育措施，才能使学生的心理不断得到健康发展。
