    Abstract：

    随着我国经济和社会的发展进步，经济和社会越来越国际化，对外语人才的需求更加迫切。小学阶段对学生英语学习兴趣和水平的培养、阅读理解能力的提高，英语教学质量起着非常关键的作用。小学英语教学，应当充分把握这一阶段学生的生理和心理特点，结合教学内容和教材，采取符合小学学生个性特点的教学方法，引导学生养成良好的英语阅读习惯、逐步积累英语知识、提高英语学习能力。
