    Abstract：

    在我国，小学阶段的教学内容主要是对学生开展各学科知识启蒙、基础学习。为了使小学数学的教学质量有保证，对教师设计课程的能力提出了要求，这也是评价教师教学水平的重要指标之一。本文对目前小学数学教师的教学设计能力存在的问题进行了分析，以提高高职院校学生的小学数学教学设计能力为目标提出了参考建议。
