    在我国科学技术水平显著提升的背景下，科技馆科普功能受到越来越多人们的关注。所以，本文就从切实体现科技馆科普设备功能，优化升级群众文化活动空间、实行多元化科普活动，多元化群众文化活动项目、进一步强调人员推广科普作用，切合群众文化活动发展趋势、建立使用动态化科技馆工程，保障基层群众基层文化快速发展四个方面做出阐述，从而体现科技馆科普功能，创新群众文化活动的重要意义。
