    我国网格化管理及其治理能力进程在快速发展，但依然存在着观念陈旧，政府本位导致回应性差、网格员工资待遇差队伍建设滞后、社区网格化工作落实不到位协调有难度等问题，为了应对网格化管理能力现代化发展路途中遇到的问题，提出了相应的解决思路。
