Abstract：
随着全球经济的蓬勃发展，科技水平的突飞猛进，城市现代化的要求和社会的迅速发展，对自然环境的管理和控制逐渐提上日程，各行各业的竞争变得愈发激烈，建筑工程行业也面临着更大的挑战，对我们所生活的环境以及自然生态环境的要求也变得越来越高。本文就针对当今城市化发展下的建筑行业工程所面临的问题进行探析，并就其成本管理的问题进行研究，找到合适的管理措施。
