    Abstract：

    党建工作以及思政教育是育人教育的重要的支点，新时期把这二者结合起来，全面提升育人的质量，具有很现实的意义。新时期高校在培养人才的过程中，也要与时俱进，转变传统的思路和方式方法，真正把党建工作以及思政教育结合起来，形成一种协同育人的模式，让党建工作更好地去指导思想政治教育，让思想政治教育逐渐丰富党建工作内容的成效，真正让学生得以全面发展。本次论文对此进行探讨，提出合理的见解。
