    Abstract：

    当前教育事业发展速度进一步加快，与社会总体发展步调基本保持一致，但在发展的过程当中，我们也发现老师们在进行教学时也更加关注学生的心理健康教育，心理健康教育对孩子的未来成长和发展有着重要的影响。小学生的年龄较小，辨别能力较弱，对周围的事物充满了好奇心，在思想价值观念快速发展的阶段，我们只有对学生进行一定的心理辅导，才能够帮助学生建立良好的人格素养，使得学生更好的投入到整个学习生活当中。
