    新课程带来了全新的教学理念和方法，与素质教育培养和发展学生的综合素质相呼应，体现出以学生为主体，全面、综合和创新发展的原则。小学生具有很强的可塑性、接受性和学习能力，做为小学语文教师，应顺应新课改的发展趋势，在教学中渗透素质教育，对学生思想、情趣和心理正确引导，提高小学语文教学的实效性。
