    英语作为一门重要学科，教师在教学时应该采取有效的教学方式，让学生能够通过不断的学习，培养英语学习的能力，提高自己的综合能力，让学生能够将英语作为自己的学习和生活中的一种工具。读后续写就是培养学生英语综合能力的重要教学方式，在这种教学方式中，学生通过学习掌握并提高自己的英语阅读能力，提高自己的写作能力，让自己能够通过续写去掌握文章内容，提高自己的英语写作水平。
