    Abstract：

    本文主要从山区小学留守儿童的健康人格塑造策略进行阐述说明。随着经济水平的快速发展，越来越多的农民开始进入到城市打工，从而加大了城市与农村之间的教育差距，导致农村地区留守儿童的情况也在不断出现。教育部门应当实施有效的方式，促进儿童健康人格的养成，从而为学生今后的成长奠定坚实的基础。
