    Abstract：

    在初中学习过程中，数学的逻辑能力较强，运算程度较大，记忆和理解内容较多，因此使得学生在学习过程中会遇到各种问题。在传统教学过程中。学生仅仅根据教师的思维模式进行课堂学习，自身能力无法得到锻炼。因此教师应当根据教学改革，通过个性化发展提高学生的数学学习能力。基于此，本文从培养学生的个性化学习兴趣，重视学生的个性化思维发展，提升学生的个性化课堂地位进行讨论。
