    Abstract：

    新时代下基础教育课程改革过程中小学数学教学的无效教学、低效教学，浪费了大量的教学资源，严重阻碍了教学质量的提升，制约了学生的全面发现。基于此，在必须对小学数学教学问题进行研究，分析小学数学教学的具体问题，才能够真正实现高效教学，为学生的全面发展提供保障。本文主要对小学数学有效性教学展开研究，分析了教学当中存在的具体问题，提出了实现小学数学有效教学的措施，期望能够解决小学教学高耗低效的问题，优化小学数学教学模式，促进小学生的健康成长。
